Yes, there's a ticket booth at the ride. We booked the Relax on the Beach package through Carnival and it came with all day ride tickets, two lounge chairs, a clamshell and two floats for 49.99 per couple and it was a good deal in our opinion.

It is a very easy walk to the beach. Been there about 5x and we often go back to the ship for lunch and return to the beach.

 

Lots of lounge chairs in the shade. Chairs are to be had at no cost at all.

We paid with cash. Not sure about credit cards. And even though it's not a long walk to the beach it is still a nice experience riding in the air over the grounds below. I would also look into an excursion that would get you the chair tickets and lounge chairs do you don't have to search for a good spot when you arrive. There are a lot of folks that go to Mahogany Beach!

If they are selling on the ship, S&S. If you have to go to the ticket booth on land, cash is king, although they might run out of change.

 

It's an experience everyone should try. Sometimes I just ride it around and around for a while.
