Can someone please tell me, if we have already reserved our shows online do we need to do anything else to guarantee our seats.How do they know if people have reserved seats or not and do they assign a seat to you?

Seats are not assigned. Seapass card is scanned when you walk in. About 10 minutes before show time the people waiting in line without reservations are let in and it fills quickly. Even with reservations get there 15 minutes early. Try to book the Aqua show as early in the cruise as you can, it is the one show canceled for bad weather or rough seas. They usually reschedule it for later in the week.

You only reserve admission to the theatre not seats. You still need to get there early if you want a good seat.

We were on the Allure and we found that in order to get good seats, you need to show up at least 30 mins prior to show time especially for the aqua theater and ice rink.

I booked all our seats the same day the Entertainment was released, it shows up pin our calendar but I did not receive an email. Should I call them?

If you are not there at least 15 minutes before the show, they let anyone without reservations in. We always go at least 30 minutes ahead of the show to get a good seat.

There are NO assigned seats...just an assigned time. You will still need to get there early if you want to be in the first several rows!
