NCL Concierge Desk

We are sailing in the Haven in a few weeks (1st time!) and was wondering how long it normally takes the Concierge Desk to respond to an email. I emailed them 5 days ago with a few questions and have yet to get a response. Is that normal?

I have in the past emailed twice and was twice ignored. I learned to call instead

That may be a bit early for them - I'd send them another email mentioning previous one in a week if you haven't heard. I've always gotten response from them via email within a couple days (I usually contact 3-4 weeks out). The problem has been things not being done though once on ship although our luck has been improving in that area.

 

P.S. - Don't ask for the reading wedge pillow, it doesn't exist except for a few people who have seen it like the few that have seen BigFoot.
