tried to call Princess this afternoon to book shore excursions for upcoming cruise in November. I need to do this by phone because of issues with hacking on my computer. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I finally hung up. Does Princess have a special line for shore excursion bookings or do I have to go thru main phone number? Thanks

Try contacting your vacation planner. I just refared two of my bookings to the 3 for free with my planner and it was a two minute phone call. If I'd gone through customer service it would have been a half hour, min.

The problem is that Princess just started 3 for Free promo special. So they are getting a higher than normal call volume. Give it a few days and hopefully by the end of the week, it is better. Or try first thing in the morning.
