Solarium On Oasis Class

 Share

Recommended Posts

Can get crowded. Front row by glass partition usually gets filled first and quickly.

While there were some chogs on our cruise, they weren't overly prevalent and usually just one or two loungers. But were occupied at times. So not really chogs that saves but never comes.

There's a great shaded area behind the Solarium Bar with couches and such.

This will be our first cruise on an Oasis class ship (Allure). I was wondering if anyone would know how crowded the Solarium is on sea days? Are chogs a problem?

There is no way to answer this for a cruise that has not happened. Chogs are on every ship

We were on the Allure's Western Intinerary last week and could always find chairs in the Solarium even though it was a predominantly adult cruise, most passengers appeared to be 20-40 something DINKs and empty nesters. They weren't always in the spot that we wanted, but there were always some available.

Chair hogs were also not a problem.

Of course, this could be different if you're sailing during a busier time.

We just got off of Oasis on Sunday, and the solarium rarely filled up before 10:00. We usually went up around 8:30 for breakfast, and there were still plenty of open chairs when we got ours after we finished breakfast.
