Halloween Cruising

Usually there is a costume contest and dance party at Spice H20. They showed Beetlejuice on Halloween a couple years ago when I was on Escape.

I don't remember much more than that.

I'd say about 10% of people onboard dress up. But...it's pretty fun for those that do and congregate in the bars/casino/common areas. We brought costumes and put them on around sunset. We had a blast!

Why would there be a Halloween party before the actual date. The sailing after yours will most likely be having festivities. Probably see some pumpkins scattered around the buffet etc though.

Because Halloween parties often happen before Halloween?

We dressed up for Halloween on a TA on Epic - had a bucket and gave out candy to the crew and kids. Had a blast. Even managed to stay up for the party at Spice H2O! We would certainly do it again.

Not sure they will have a Halloween part the week before though.....

If you are on a cruise on or around Halloween, are there any related festivities on the ship?

I’m on the Breakaway 10/16-10/27 and wondering if I should pack a costume! :D

You will not be sailing on Halloween, so you should not expect there to be anything Halloween related on your sailing. Anything that NCL might do would be on October 31st only

I was on the Epic TA in 2016. They put up a few Halloween decorations during the night on October 30, and they were down by the morning on November 1. The only Halloween festivities they had was on Halloween Day.
