Jewel mid ships mini suite MA

Hi,

Any advice on choosing a mid ships mini suite (MA) - any noise from  the deck above - any cabin to avoid ?? Thanks for any advice..

I think a lot might have to do with the sailing. Going to Alaska if the weather isn't good, probably not much noise from the pool deck. On a warmer sailing your probably going to get some noise from lounges being moved around.

Noise from above not a big problem. We have been under the builder and pool deck and we’re not bothered. 

You seem to understand to look at the deck plan and make sure that you are not over a bar or under the gym. With those basic guidelines, pick a room (we normally oic something close to a elevator for old, tired legs.)

On Deck 11 watch out for rooms under the Garden Cafe on one side and Splash Academy on the other.  Both could have overhead noise at times (when the Cafe is being cleaned or when the kids are running around in the play room).

We also want a room that does not connect .

It will be either NCL or RCL.

Finding a cabin that doesn't connect should be pretty easy.  We needed to book two cabins together and had a hard time finding a pair, had to book two aft facing mini-suites.  There are something like 74 MA mini-suites on the Jewel and only 28 have connecting doors.

Thanks, I've looked at deck plans and what is above. So now it's decision time.

We've had god luck with 11026 and 28, and 11062. 64, 66.   Don't get under the kids club.  Sounds like a herd of elephants until about 10 pm.

Thanks, 11100,11102,11602,11534 and 11558 are available .

We have sailed NCL and have had a cabin "sandwiched" between other cabins (deck10 NCL Spirit)

This will be our first time on the Jewel - hence the difficult decision.
