beaucajun Posted October 24, 2018 #3 Share Posted October 24, 2018 No. The line is closed from the Canal Street stop to the Julia Street stop because of construction on the Four Seasons Hotel.

jgmpuma Posted November 1, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 1, 2018 About four blocks, but you can cover most of the distance through the Riverwalk Marketplace.
Rare Saint Greg Posted November 11, 2018 #6 Share Posted November 11, 2018 (edited) NEW ORLEANS — Two stops on the Riverfront Streetcar route are suspended for up to a year in order to start construction on the new Four Seasons Hotel at the World Trade Center building and other private residences in the area. In order to make way for the new $500 million dollar project, both the Poydras and the Julia Street stations will be closing down. But RTA is offering a complimentary looped shuttle service in its place. The new route will take commuters from the Canal Street station to the Julia Street station and will be available seven days a week from 10 a.m – 7 p.m. https://wgno.com/2018/07/30/two-stops-on-riverfront-streetcar-line-suspended-for-four-seasons-hotel-construction/ Edited November 11, 2018 by Saint Greg

There is major road work going on along with the 4 Seasons project. It's a long way to drag suitcases and you'll be going up & down stairs.
