Do we keep our own record of the dates and times or do they have anything in your stateroom??

You'll get a reminder card in your cabin the day before, IIRC.

You don't have to keep a record but I like to just for our own calendar.  You will receive a card with your reservation  for each restaurant on the morning of your assigned time.  If you by chance want to change day, time or restaurant, visit the concierge desk on board.  We always swap our Red Ginger time for another night in any of the other restaurants.  Have fun and enjoy!

You'll get an email from them when you make the reservations. It will be on your Invoice as well as your Final Cruise Documents. As others have said it will be in your room when you check in and they will leave a card on your door the day of or in the middle of the night.

if you are on an O class  ship  & want to get extra reservations or change  exsisting ones  & do not have a Butler  you can go to the Dinner reservations desk on Deck 5

On the R ship go to the podium at the port side entrance to the Terrace  there is usually someone there during meal times

You receive a card at check in with your dining reservations.  There is an additional note left on your room the day prior.

I take small magnets to leave such  items on my wall.
