I wasn’t sure where to ask this but we are flying into Ft. Lauderdale and staying at the Hilton Marina . How do most people get to their hotel and then to the boat the next day. There is 6 adults and 7 kids but the hotel doesn’t look to have a shuttle.

Google "Shuttle service" and your departure and destination places.....That's ALOT of people in an Uber...you will need at least 3-4 cars.  A shuttle will keep you all together and probably be cheaper.  Google is your friend.

A 10 passenger van is either 120 or 180 for the ride. Awefully crazy for a 2 mile ride. Cab is $14 Uber is probably $8. Lol

You can also get a cab and ask for a large/van type cab. The cab companies do have those. We had 3 adults and 3 kids (not little kids! ) and loads of luggage. Everything fit in the mini van.  This was from 17th Street Embassy Suites and was $15 plus tip. This was a couple of years ago.  Concierge at hotel called and did same thing for several families. I think two vehicles like this would work.
