Kids Life Vests for Pool Use?

Are there life vests for use in the pools and water features for kids?  I have seen these recently on RCI and Carnival, have not been on MSC since last spring and do not remember.  We can pack our own but if ship will provide one will leave ours at home.

They had them on the Seaside

Just got back and they do not have any kids life vests at any pool.  Maybe they did in the past?  But they currently do not.
