How long from FL to Miami Airport

We are cruising out/in Fort Lauderdale. However the flights home are looking pretty bad. How long and how much to go from FL cruise terminal to Miami Airport? There will be 5 adults with luggage, so I am guessing we will either need to take a bus, or get two ubers....

Just a little reading on the board would reveal the travel time is 40-45 minutes. And that shuttle would probably be the best for your situation. And that flights before noon are not recommended.

If your luggage is reasonable then 5 could squeeze into a minivan taxi or UberXL - fare should be about $75+  To be safe I would not book a flight leaving MIA until after noon or 12:30

Thanks. Most of the threads I saw were flying into FL and cruising from Miami. I assumed they were roughly the same, but wanted to make sure...

I would plan on one hour.   The only time I've made it in less time was on Brightline and I've made that drive every day of the week and time of day and night.

35 - 45 minutes.  Adding in waiting for an Uber or transportation.  I'd plan for an hour, too.
