We are looking for a hotel close to Port of Miami, that allows parking for an 11 day 🚢 cruise

Good think you seemingly are making the distinction between "allows parking" and "includes cruise parking in the rate". In Downtown Miami even the former is somewhat hard to find, with the latter all but non-existent; most hotels charge for parking even for the nights you are staying there.

In the past I have seen three Hilton properties close to downtown (Hilton Downtown and Doubletree Biscayne Bay in the Omni area a mile north of the port, and Hampton Inn Brickell) advertise park-and-cruise packages but you must book directly with the property so the rate could be noticeably higher than you find from the various booking sites. A somewhat less expensive alternative (as this is in January peak season, which may involve a holiday weekend as well) is to find an park-and-fly hotel near the airport; some can also arrange a shuttle to (but not from) the port. But if the $242 cost of 11 nights' parking directly at the port is out of your budget (I assume that is the reason you are asking) and you are simply driving down from St Augustine solely for your cruise, you may want to consider a pair of one-way car rentals. Would probably be half that cost of port parking (unless you are picking up one of them on MLK weekend) and you could both stay at the hotel of your choosing and not have to worry about the safety of your personal vehicle during your cruise.

Premiere Cruise Parking in the MET3 Garage downtown (the Whole Foods parking garage) is $120 for 11 days (10 nights) versus the Port at $220. Port shuttles included.

Cheaper hotels rarely have secured parking and when they do you pay for it! A Park & Cruise option sounds good but ...

Reviews show folks do get frustrated with Premiere shuttles but your vehicle should be safe (otherwise no-one should park there for Whole Foods!)

I doubt you will find much cheaper even when hotels offer long-term parking. If you do please let us know!
