kirlie Posted December 31, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 31, 2018 I was given a discount code for our flights to SJU that should give us $199 per flight off. However, I am booking the flights I don't see a place to enter the code. Has anyone else used a discount code on Air2sea? If so, where to enter the code? Thanks! njkruzer Posted December 31, 2018 #2 Share Posted December 31, 2018 Don't recall a discount code when we booked our 1 way to Copenhagen, but maybe I wasn't looking. Fare was very good though.

kirlie Posted March 8, 2019 Author #4 Share Posted March 8, 2019 I wanted to follow up on this in case someone else is offered "discounted flights" for using Air2Sea. The way the deal read when I booked my cruise was, we would receive $149 or $199 per person off our flights if we booked through Air2Sea on a qualifying cruise. What the deal actually was, we were supposed to receive a discount on our cruise, not flight if we booked through Air2Sea. I contacted Air2Sea before I booked our flights and was told to just book my flight and contact my agent to have my invoice adjusted. That's what I did. Then, my agent and RCI played a game of contact the other guy. Neither company wanted to assume responsibility for processing my refund. Apparently, the Air2Sea staff and my agent didn't know I needed to book my flight by Dec. 31st, 2018. No where on any of my emails or the cruise agent's website did it say this was required. When I spoke with Air2Sea prior to booking my flight, I was not told this. I was just told to book my flight. My invoice had the deal in the notes and the date was not included. It took about a day and a half and a few three-way calls, plus supervisor intervention, but my refund is being processed. If you are offered this deal make sure there isn't a use by date! If there isn't something clearly stating the date, keep pushing and insist on speaking with supervisors.

Have saved $1000 over Airline price, but Domestic usually cheaper threw airline
