Lemonkel Posted January 1, 2019 #1 Share Posted January 1, 2019 Where exactly are the smoking locations specifically on the mariner of the seas? Which decks and locations? Starboard or port?

Flatbush Flyer Posted January 2, 2019 #3 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Right now, there are only two locations on any Oceania ship where smoking is allowed (hopefully, maybe someday it will be none): A glass enclosed room on the port side of the Horizons Bar and on the pool deck (can't remember which aft corner on Marina). There is also a smoking lounge inside on deck 4 where they also allow gambling when the ship is at sea.

OOPS! Excuse me. I mistook your question to mean "Marina."

Should I contact royal carribean directly via phone?

Should I contact royal carribean directly via phone? You are unlikely to get accurate info from Royal's phone reps. The best thing to do is to ask on the main RC forum whenever it is functional again. Right now there are several forums on Cruise Critic that are not functional. The main RC forum is here: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/51-royal-caribbean-international/ Why do you need to know the smoking side? It is very unlikely to smell smoke from one of the outside smoking decks on a passenger stateroom balcony. It is much more likely to smell cigarette smoke from a nearby passenger balcony from one of those passengers to whom the rules don't apply. cb at sea Posted January 3, 2019 #8 Share Posted January 3, 2019 Yeah...the phone people have no idea. Wander about....if you see ashtrays, it's a smoking area.
