Can i make this flight

Good day all, I am sailing on the MSC Seaside and would like to know if i can book a flight out of FLL at 10:50 am and be able to make that flight?

If every things go perfectly and you carry your luggage off it can be done

It is definitely doable.... We cruised on Seaside last March and flew home on a 12:15 flight out of West Palm (over an hour away). We left ship around 8am, picked up a rental at Miami International  and and were at W Palm Airport around 10am

As long as there arn't any problems like Coast Guard hitch or weather issue etc. you should be fine. I would buy insurance for the trip (flights included) if I were going to try it. Good luck and happy sailing

We are usually outside by 7 am carrying our luggage and add about 35-40 min to get to FLL.

What time is the next flight. If much later, I would go for it but I am also the person that booked a 9:50 am flight ( and made it) in August getting off Allure but flew out of FLL which is less than 10 minutes away. 

 

If I were you, I would be up early and be in the front of the line for early walk off and get a cab. Dont wait for an Uber. Take what is waiting for you at the port. It will be worth the extra money.

Hopefully, you won't be worried about making it in time for your flight the whole cruise and have a back-up plan if you should miss your flight.

Thanks everyone but i have desided to book the next flight at 12 noon, this way i have no worries nor do i need to rush.

Take a lyft or Uber. They show up very fast. I would not waste time getting to the car rental areas and then waiting on a line. I have found Lyft to be slighty less in price when I am in florida.

Good decision on the noon flight.  I try  to never book a flight before noon.  As others have said, many thing can delay debarking. It's less stressful, too.

 

If you are sailing out of Port Canaveral, I highly recommend Contrans Shuttle.  I used them last week.  $20 bucks.

I would have booked the noon flight too. If it was a choice between the early flight and 3:00 pm, I would have went for the early flight but a noon flight gives, IMO, the perfect amount of time.
