Blue Iguana makes fried eggs with their breakfast menu for the huevos rancheros, maybe you can ask them?  Or if the omelet station is still open?

 

The difficulty could be the egg stations would already be closed by the time Guys opens (and BI can get quite busy at lunch too).  I don't know if Guys would have a dedicated area for the egg (some people have egg allergies so the crew might not be allowed to risk cross contamination).

 

It doesn't hurt to ask, but I wouldn't be surprised if the answer is no.

They will direct you to the fix it bar  But you can request a bacon patty to be added. It's not an egg but close ?

Half a burger on a seven day. Twice. I tried my first one on Magic, not good, gave it a second try on Dream, still not good.

 

I'd rather eat somewhere else. Over rated imo
