casandbliz Posted February 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2019 I was hoping to purchase a live flower lei in Hawaii. Will I be able to bring it on board the ship?

They were quite beautiful, but we couldn't take it back off the ship.

They still show lei making as an option as part of their Aloha Spirit program. https://www.princess.com/learn/cruise-destinations/hawaii-cruises/things-to-do/

Rare cr8tiv1 Posted February 8, 2019 #11 Share Posted February 8, 2019 Go to ChinaTown in Honolulu. A short walk away from the port. You will find many lei vendors there with quite an assortment of nice leis. Be sure to mention that you are returning to the ship. Several leis are not allowed off the island by plane. Popular stop is Cindy's Lei Stand. Ginger, Pikaki, Pua Keni Keni. Then there's the farmer's market in Hilo for anthuriums .
