Easter on MSC

We are on MSC Seaside over the Easter period this year. Do MSC do anything special for Easter at all?

I sailed the Divina several years ago during Easter. There was a priest on board and they had Catholic Mass at least on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. There was also some other Easter festivities. They seem to be more Italian themed.

They put out extra eggs in the buffet on Easter Sunday so get there early 😂😂

I did a live post from Divina over Easter a few years ago. I posted all the dailies, that should give you an idea if there were extra activities. I do not remember anything  being done regarding Easter activities, but that could just be my memory.

Thanks Bermuda. I was wondering if there would be any special dishes in the MDR and maybe some Easter eggs in Venchi.  We will see 😊

i'm going to be on the same cruise and I did not realize that easter was that weekend! Hmmm.... going to need to figure out how the Easter Bunny is going to deliver an easter basket this year... we can't bring chocolates on board, can we?

It's mainly the religious holiday/festival it's supposed to be in most European countries so doubt MSC would do any special dishes etc.

No problem bringing chocolate (or anything like candy, etc) onboard;  I've bought lots of it in ports and carried it onboard without a problem.
