Wine Lover the musical - kids ?

Hi,

 

We’re gonna sail on the Norwegian escape and are very much interested in the Wine Lover the musical. 

However I noticed the musical starts at 12:30 and I remember seeing the kids club is closed from 12:00-2:00PM. Since we’re travelling with a 7 yo we’re wondering if there is an option for him with splash academy in the meantime if we pay extra ? Also if he has to come with us it seems like it wouldn’t be very interesting for him, what are your thoughts ? 

 

It’s going to be our first time with NCL and look forward to it !

I went on the BreakAway and I wouldn't take a 7 year old. But that's my personal opinion and others may feel differently.

On the Breakaway the show was listed as 18+ so taking the kids probably isn't an option.

It seems in my ncl app that I can book it for him but I yea I don’t think it’s a good idea to bring him !

The show is very interesting and sometimes humorous.   They give good pours of about  7 wines and discuss them.  They set up all  the wine glasses in front of you. You are served a pretty tasty lunch while the wines are being discussed.  Oh, Kids will hate it.

Have done this show twice. Won't do it again on my Jan. Escape sailing but it is a very funny and informative lunch with good wines and food and the show is pretty good too. NOT for a 7 yr. old.
