Casino Royale Codes

I just booked a cruise though the casino and while they were nice to combine two coupons on our cruise (one for me and one for DW) I'm thinking something might of been less than desirable than it could of been.  First I noticed that even though we are D+ our C&A balcony discount wasn't applied.  I'll let that one go since they were nice enough to allow two coupons to be used at the same time. Second and the one I have a question for the casino experts is I noticed on my invoice the normal code that I've had on previous cruises isn't there:

YHO7-Club Royale - Casino

Should I be concerned about this line is missing?  There is another code for the casino coupons and was booked via the casino but this is the first time I've not seen this code listed.  Not 100% sure what this code stands for but if I've learned anything over the years with RCI is to know what you're to get and ask questions.  I'm Prime level and do I need that code on my invoice or are they not using that anymore?

Just checking to see what anyone's past experience is.

I just called Club Royale today to do an upgrade on one of my cruises. Like you, I had used two certificates (mine and my husband), when I booked, and those are noted with a YHP-- code that is titled as Casino Offset-Slots. I also have a YHO7 code listed on my invoice, but the amount listed is 0.00, so I don't think there is a further discount.  However, you can always call back and check with them.

I am signature and booked my 1st comp cruise today, my upgrade from oceanview to balcony total was $905 that seems high.

YHO7-Club Royale - Casino

YHP5-Casino Offset - Slots

YKD9-Casino Upgrade

I just assumed YH07 had to do with getting the comped drinks sticker?

That amount seems Very High for an upgrade from oceanview to balcony. You might want to call them back tomorrow and have them check that price!

Signature level entitles you to a free balcony cruise of 8 days or less not over a holiday.  You shouldn’t have to pay to upgrade.  Are you possibly talking about an award you received on board at the end of a cruise?

I was just throwing it out there what level I was.

I have not received anything about a free balcony cruise at all.

I was referring to the mailer I received offering a free interior or oceanview that I booked off of.

Just so you’re aware, Signature members are entitled to a free cruise up to 8 days in a balcony.  You won’t receive anything about this; you just have to call Casino Royale to book it.  If you reached Signature before 4/1/2018, you need to book your free cruise before 3/31.  If you reached Signature after 4/1/2018, you’ll be eligible to book the free cruise after 4/1/2019.

Way too high. What ship and when?

I’m signature and  upgraded from an ocean view to a balcony for $424 on a 6 night on the Adventure.

I’ve upgraded from a balcony to a Junior suite for $700 on the oasis last July.

I must've made out like a bandit being able to upgrade a complimentary interior stateroom to a balcony on an Oasis Thanksgiving cruise for $226!!

In other news, does anyone know how to check what tier you are online? Or do I have to call in and ask how many points I earned?

@nivek82 What was the reason for not being able to use your balcony discount?

I was told C&A Discounts were not combinable with the certs, casino rates, or the free cruises for upgrades.

YKD9-Casino Upgrade +$71.00 -from Balcony to Jr. Suite (+$18 per day)

Cruise Fare 5 day Adventure $1184 Balcony - Cert = Cost $0
YKD9-Casino Upgrade +$72.50 -from Balcony to Jr. Suite (+$15 per day)

Ops is right! Was trying to find/compare what folks were paying to upgrading freebie room certificates. No clue how I got to 2019. I rarely look past page 2.
we can put this one back to sleep...  Sorry folks
