Tac123 Posted February 16, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2019 Hi, can anyone tell me please if Queen Victoria will have the Christmas decorations up at the beginning of the December 8th Canary Island cruise from Southampton ? If not, when do they go up ?Thanks
cruiseluvva Posted February 16, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 16, 2019 Either by then, or sometime during that cruise is likely.
Lanky Lad Posted February 16, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 16, 2019 Yes there should be some up when you board, but more may appear overnight as the cruise continues.

Hope so as am on this cruise too. But given it ends so close to Christmas would have expected it to be a given that decorations would be up. Even if it’s the latter half of the cruise. A great start to Christmas 👍👍

Lanky Lad Posted February 17, 2019 #6 Share Posted February 17, 2019 (edited) There should also be Christmas music and a sign along toward the end of the trip. Edited February 17, 2019 by Lanky Lad
bluemarble Posted February 17, 2019 #7 Share Posted February 17, 2019 LadyL1's blog from last year's November 19 - December 13, 2018 Caribbean voyage on QV may be of some assistance. This post of LadyL1's dated December 4, 2018 states "The Christmas decorations are now complete and look splendid."
