St. Petersburg/Berlin with teens to 70's

I am traveling with a group of 13 this summer. We are varied in ages from 14 to 75. I usually book with private tour companies for my excursions. Has anyone had any experience with a company that has been able to customize a tour that can accommodate the needs of such a variety of ages and abilities. I want to make sure the "younger group" can do and see everything without having the "older group" wait around too much.

We cruised the Baltics in 2016 and were a family of 7. We had both seniors and teenagers, and our wish list was quite extensive. We booked private tours for most of the ports, and used Anastasia Travel for all of them. They were very accommodating even when we asked to split the group so some of us could enjoy a quiet breakfast in a coffee shop, while the younger ones took a challenge in an escape room. I could never imagine doing all that we did on our own or with a ship’s tour! I am sure you will find an operator that is able to arrange things for you so all your group members are happy

We  had a similar age range in our group of 7.  We contacted several of the main companies and decided on TJ, who seemed the most responsive to our requests to customize a tour.   We had a great time.  We even included a stop at the "Cat Museum" which supposedly is a retirement home for Hermitage mousers and let my daughter get her cat petting fix.  We also had an unplanned coffee and ice cream stop after we started flagging after Peterhof.  You should have no problem finding a company and itinerary that fits your group.

We were on a Baltic cruise with the Regal Princess in 2015. We were a small group of 8 too, different ages from 9 to 63. We booked our tours for St. Petersburg through a private agency Anastasia Travel. They were really attentive to our needs and open to suggestions from the group. We customized our excursion, since not many wanted to visit the Hermitage museum, and we ended our day with a private 90 minute river cruise. This was a nice end to a wonderful day where we got to see the naval destroyer where the communist revolution started, we were able to see the views of palaces and parks...I highly recommend Anastasia Travel for their professional service. Even though we were a mixed group,  everyone was engaged, because our guide presented the tours in such a fun and memorable way. I am pretty sure they will create a memorable day for you too!

Here is their website if you decided to book through them https://anastasia.travel/

 Have fun!

I can't comment on the others listed here, although many people have a lot of good thigns to say about all of the companies listed. We used Anastasia's Travel. Our guide was fantastic about making sure our kids were included in everything. (9 and 6 at the time). We were able to customize our tour to make it fun for our kids as well as my hubby and I. They were really good about remembering the little things for kids that age (like the snack stop in the middle of the afternoon 🙂 ) - the little things that made my life so much easier.

Good luck with your decision, and have fun!!
