Car rental in Kahului.

We are arriving on a cruise in Kahului.  Would like to rent a car, but don't know which company will pick up at the pier.  Alamo clearly says no pier pick up.  Has anyone rented a car at the dock where they offered pick up and drop off service?

We just rented one with enterprise through Costco. They will pick you up , all you do is call when you get in.

There are many discussions on renting cars at Kahalui, and people's experiences. 

 

I would call the local office number and confirm whether a given vendor shuttles or not. The websites and national 800 numbers have gotten better with this sort of info, but after a couple of disconnects in the past, I don't trust them, and always get the official word from the local office.

If you don't mind a short walk,  check out the Enterprise location right across from the harbor area.  No need to wait for a shuttle.
