I noticed chairs & umbrellas on their website.  Can you make a reservation?  What is the cost for a taxi and how far from the port?

Is it worth going?  Other recommendations would be helpful.

Sure, doesn't hurt to let them know you're coming from the ship.

Taxi is $35usd one way. Takes around 25-40 minutes there, depending on traffic. Leave plenty of time for your return, as there's only one road and it can be busy/congested with everyone returning around the same time..lovely beach and restaurant is tasty.  Expensive, but lovely.  Be prepared for the stairs down to the beach - there's a lot!

Another vote for NF, a personal favourite.

Book early in advance.  The view is worth the price of the taxi alone.

Meal prices reflect the high quality of produce used, but cocktails and drinks are very reasonable compared to other outlets.

Check out the daily fish specials.

Generous rum pours. 

Shabby chic class.
