MSC App Question

Sorry if this has been posted already, but I couldn't find a search feature on this message board.

 

We depart from Miami on the MSC Seaside on this coming Saturday 3/23/19.  I received an email to download the MSC for Me app, however I don't plan on buying the internet package on the ship.  Will the app function without buying the internet package?  My wife is interested because she likes to plan every detail and wants access to the daily activity list.

You can use the app for free on the ship, you just connect to their system.

I have used it on Seaview, Meraviglia and just last week on Bellissima. It is great for booking your theatre shows, checking your billing in real time , you can even see the daily menus, your personal planner , port info . Enjoy playing around with the app.

And on MSC (think only out of the US sailings at this point) they are quite nice gatherings with a cake, snacks, and usually a photo and plenty of staff.  Ours coming up has 124 registered - usually half will show up on average but the MSC ones might trend higher.
