I believe the menu is Carnival-wide so what I've been told and what I've experienced should be the case across the fleet. 

We had escargot in garlic and butter on the Conquest Feb 16 2019 cruise.

Yes, I did ask but was told by our waiter that it wasn't available.

We also had it on the Conquest in Feb.  Only one night though.

Not sure why I don't cook them at home. I really like them on the ship.
