Internet/Wi-fi package

My friend is considering splurging on the internet package for us to share on our upcoming cruise aboard Enchantment of the Seas. Her concern is that connection will be slow and spotty while in our lower deck inside room. Should we be concerned about this?

No, WiFi coverage is pretty good on most ships.

The wifi access points are located in the hall every few cabins.  I've had a couple of experiences where it was fine in my cabin near the door or at the desk but poor while in bed.  Cabins are all metal, as are the doors.

We never had any issues with service on our last couple of cruises.  At times it would be spotty on the balcony of our room but with the door to the stateroom and the balcony both closed that wasn't unexpected.  We were pleasantly surprised how well the coverage actually was.
