Somewhat confused by the terminology.

On Insignia there is the Grand Dining Room.

There is also a paragraph on the web site about "The Bistro"

What is the difference between the GDR and the Bistro?

Can you point to that quote?

I am not aware of a Bistro on Insignia - unless it's something new.

In addition to the GDR the other dining venues include Toscana, Polo, Terrace Café and Waves Grill AFAIK. Baristas is for coffee drinks and small treats.

The "Bistro" is the Grand Dining Room at lunch on the R ships. This includes a "Jacques inspired" menu section. Started last year.
