please tell me all the things! is it close to where the ship (carnival) docs? is the pool free? is it fun? thanks!

Very close to where the ship docks.  The pool is free for your use but people normally buy drinks.

It's quite entertaining.

Yes, but it's VERY close and a totally safe SHORT walk.

We walked by it on the way back to the ship. Very close.  Very small beach area for the number of people there.  It does not scream NICE Jamaica beach day.  If you want close and into the water, go for it.  I opted to pay for Resort for a Day...more money ,but safe close transportation included right from the port.

We had a private driver for the day but had them drop us off here at the end of the day when we were done. We had a lady in our FB roll call that worked here, so I wanted to stop in and meet her. Then we just walked over to the ship when we were done. It was super small though, but I remember it being right next to the port.
