Aurora weather delay

For those tracking the progress of Aurora there is a change in the schedule. Due to a big storm coming up later today, Aurora will stay in port overnight in Madeira and not sail until at least 12:30pm tomorrow (Wed). Arrival in the Azores is still expected to be on time as originally scheduled.

Confused about something.  P&O have changed their website - and not for the better, but on our cruise next week.  It says "For a little Extra, The Beach House, Champions Bar and Andersons"  What ?  you have to pay extra in those places, or am I being stupid.

Anderson's have those specialist gins with various concoctions which my wife likes and I have a feeling that they are not included in the drinks package, costs between £7 and £10 from memory.

I think what they are saying Jean is that the drinks in the bars are at extra cost - its not all-inclusive.  Sadly, so often websites are updated with an intention to make them better but that is not what happens in reality!

Re the delay - lucky passengers - longer in Madeira and still getting the Azores!  Nice to either eat out in Funchal or maybe have a meal al-fresco on the ship whilst still in port.

Ah I see, yes just found the new website!  What a load of rubbish.  If it aint broke, don't fix it!!
