NCL Escape Mini Suite? Help!

Recommended Posts

Okay so we were just notified of receiving an upgrade to a mini suite, and I'm starting to have buyers remorse.....

There are four of us, we have sailed 4 in a cabin since our kids were tots and now are older teens and we manage just fine, so please no need to comment about 4 in the cabin.

My question is..... I was just expecting if the cabin accommodates 4 then there will be a sofa bed and a Pullman from the ceiling like in a regular balcony cabin.

Does any one know for sure?

Thank you in advance for your kind reply 🙂

Yes, I believe that is the case. Some of the mini suites have the pullman so can sleep 4. The ones without it only sleep 3.

Thank you for your kind reply. I was able to find a video of the cabin . PHEW!

Now I can relax and get packing.

One advantage with a mini-suite is the larger bathroom. We always book a mini-suite for this reason. Some people say having a larger bathroom doesn't matter to them, but we enjoy the larger shower area.

This is the cabin we book, and are booking again, for our 4 person family. The kids get the "bunks" and mom and dad the bed. My kids are older and it works out fine. The bigger bathroom is great. It can be a little tight with all the stuff I bring but it's totally managable. If you are like us we don't spend much time in the room at all! Have a great trip!

Yes, we pay the extra cost of a mini for the shower. The “double sink” doesn’t fit two people easily.

The Mini larger walk in shower is great!

We stayed in a mini-suite on the 11th deck (just my boyfriend and I) and I LOVED the larger bathroom even for just the two of us. While I am sure doing a family of four in a balcony bathroom is doable, I think you will really appreciate the additional space. Also, I was unclear but since your mini-suite is presumably a family mini-suite because it sleeps 4, those also come with a bathtub in the bathroom which can be nice.

For two people, I would probably not book a mini-suite outright but would definitely put a bid in for it again. I think if I were booking for a family of 4 there's no way I'd go lower than a mini-suite unless I was booking two cabins.
