I have had good luck with booking tours off the official ship list in the past.  Has anyone had good lock with a tour company in Havana?  I don't mind joining another small group.

You may want to ask this on the Cuba port of call forum for more answers.  Here is the link for you:

I booked last year with Blexie   https://havanatours.wixsite.com/blexie   Private tour, driver and car,  $130 CUP up to 3 people for the same price..Tour was for 6 hours.  They all meet everyone near by the ship for your tours (there are many of the private guides,  Blexie has several working for him) . I have re-booked with him in 2 weeks.   Guide was very knowledgeable,  English was excellent,  took me every place I wanted to go.  He also has a standard tour of places they will take you if you don't have a list of where you want to go.   Like I said,  I re-booked with him  :)  his email address is  blexie100588@gmail.com

You will find others that have booked with him if you go to the Cuba boards.
