TWA Hotel at JFK

This has been all over the national news for the last few days. Interesting concept, at actually at JFK in the old TWA terminal.

A mid-price restaurant by Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Just looking at rates for a random weekend in June, and while not inexpensive, they're not horrible ($250). They also have a number of different day room rates which might be attractive for international cruisers with a late flight.

It'll be interesting to see how this goes for them.

I saw this the other night on the news....I myself am thinking about spending a night there either pre or post cruise but that is not until 2021.  I love the concept and nostalgia.....

Brings back memories. I believe this hotel will do very well as it fits a number of needs at an incredibly busy airport.
