Email change

How can I change my email address? It will not change when I am in settings.

I emailed them three weeks ago and they have not changed it.  Is there another email address or way to make this happen?

I don't think so. Did you give them your old and new email addresses, as well as your screen name?

I just emailed help@cruisecritic.com 2 days ago and got a email 2 days later saying they have changed my email address
