Printing E-tickets

Hi all

 

We are sailing next week on the Venturer.

 

I don't have a pc I do all my Internet business on my phone.

 

I have been able to use P&O website fine until now.

 

I have to use an app to print. But I can't print directly from the P&O site.

 

Could someone tell me how to email my E-tickets to me email account so I can print them. Or how can download them directly to my phone and then I can use the app to print them.

The only way to print your e-tickets is by logging into your Cruise Personaliser.

 

If you are unable to do that then I would suggest you contact your Travel Agent or P&O depending on who you booked with and ask them to send the e-tickets directly to you.

 

Alternately, can you ask a member of your family to log into your Cruise Personaliser and get them to pint off your e-tickets?

It's OK folks. I was able to print them by creating a screen shot and the printing the screen shot.

Can you access your Cruise Personaliser from your phone? 

We did ours from the iPad without any issues.

I figured out a work around so I have them printed now 😊

We haven't been on a P&O cruise for a few years (booked for next year's on Britannia) so they might already do what I am querying...  . .  I wonder if P&O will accept the image straight from your phone and scan that, they have sent us all their environmental responsibility emails telling us about straws and butter, but we all have to waste paper printing out our tickets.  

If my local cinema can scan my receipt/barcode tickets then surely a large corporation can.  Do they offer this already?
