Front money wire vs bank deposit

I'm thinking of sending in front money for my next cruise on NCL to avoid having to carry cash and paying the 3% fee for charging to my room account.  I received the wiring instructions from NCL and noticed that their bank is one that is local to me (TD Bank).  It made me wonder if I could just want into a TD bank branch and deposit money into NCL's account.  Has anyone ever done this before? I was already on hold today for like 25 minutes to get the wiring instructions.  Before calling back and waiting on hold again, I thought I'd check here first.

Excuse me, but I am wondering why are you making this so complex? If you wanted to avoid having to carry any cash or a lot of cash, you can carry credit cards unless you do not have credit cards. You can prepaid the gratuities ahead of the cruise.

Another option is using gift cards.

I'm sorry.  I should have pointed out that front money is for use in the casino.  This has nothing to do with gratuities or my shipboard account

Why don’t you just by cruise credit and have that deposited on your account and use it for whatever you want?

because I'll have to pay a 3% fee to use it in the casino.  Besides, you can only buy a maximum of $1,000 in cruise credit.  Once again, I apologize for not pointing out that front money is for the casino.
