Hi Stella1250 looking forward to St Petersburg , I'm  a Sushi Sashimi fan also, planing to have it for lunch most days, a healthy light lunch so I can indulge at night.

Get your butler to serve it on your balcony if weather is nice.

The fish selection leans heavily toward tuna and salmon, either maki or sashimi. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but if you're looking for much adventure, just be happy that they're giving you raw fish.

Has anyone ever asked for fresh wasabi to be grated for them ? There is a huge difference from the little pea  coloured balls you get . It was one of our eating out highlights when we had this done at our table with Celebrity
