Contact the agent, you cannot pay gratuities on Royal's website once the cruise is booked.

If you can print your SetSail pass (after completing online check-in), then full payment has been made.

Nope.

 

Let me qualify that.  If you add prepaid gratuities to your booking, and Royal later raises the price of prepaid gratuities, you will have locked in the lower cost.

Agree with Bob.  I have locked in when I knew a price increase was in the works.

We find the financial benefit of prepaying gratuities is not having a bill at the end of the cruise.
