All included  Specialties require reservations

Concierge & above get 3 free bags of laundry  20 items per bag  the self serve laundry room is complimentary  for all cat

YES if you have excursions for your O Life perk you must book 14 days prior to sailing

You have to pay for tips, unless you TA included them for you, or your onboard credit can go for them.

Note: Once you hit silver loyalty, you get O Club Coverage for gratuities. But, it's still worth getting them from your TA since O will give you "in lieu" SBC (e.g., $250 on many itineraries).

Depending on where your OBC came from might determine whether it is available to use precruise online.
