Cabin Question Regal

Thinking of booking cabin M428 on the Regal. When a did a mock booking it says this cabin balcony can’t be opened because it’s an angled balcony. Does anyone know if that’s the case?  Princess TA says she doesn’t have anything saying that. It would be a disappointment as we are traveling with friends and like to share our balcony.

As others mentioned you can do as you please. However on the doors a little sticker by the handle mentioning that due to high winds and being so high up on deck 15, it states that its best not to be out there. When the ship is sailing. As always, use per your discretion
