Fire drill, Volendam 18 Sep 19

We will be sailing out of Vancouver, on the Volendam.  I was curious about what time, that the fire drill would be.  Thank you.

Depends what time you sail. If you sail at 4, then the Safety Drill is at 3

We did (and I think you will) sail at 4:30.  All aboard was 3:30 and muster at 3:45.  HAL uses a multi-stage drill and our first stage (alert for crew only) was at 3:30 and the General Alarm (where we headed for our life boats) was at 3:45,  Lines dropped promptly at 4:30 and we passed under the Lions Gate Bridge at 4:45.

A fire drill can be held at any time during your cruise for staff training. I don't think there is a way to predict when.

 

I assume you mean the muster drill?
