public space /aqua suites

Checking out the deck plan on Oasis. All the way aft next to the aqua suites there seems to be an open space. Is this an outside public space, a balcony type location?

If so are their any chairs in these locations.

Only public space is on deck 7, near the rock climbing walls.

 

Used to be 3 more decks with public space, but those were taken for suite balcony space.

There appears to be 2 open spaces. One is the Aquatheatre balcony and the other is the Rockwall with a crew staircase behind it.
