Missing photos on USB - Can you still get them?

I purchased the all inclusive photo package and that includes all the photos on a USB. Being that you can’t check the USB yourself onboard, unless you have a computer, some of them are missing. Who do I contact to get them since I already paid for them?

I am pretty sure that they clear all files after the cruise. There is probably no way to find a specific photo without you selecting it while on board.

You can try contacting Princess, your photos have a bar code on the edge that they might be able to use to recover them if they keep the information in their system after scanning them.  You may need to call several times since their call center seems to yield varying and inconsistent information, and sometimes it sounds like the agent may be making up the answer on the fly.

I had this happen to me and the answer is a big fat no, which really sucks.  Next time, I am going to use the computer room to check before I get off the ship.  They delete all the photos by the time we are disembarking. Sorry about that.

That's terrible!!  I purchased the all-inclusive also and every time we picked up a picture, they made sure to show me the picture file on the USB they gave us.

We also had the package. We got a USB and the original pics. They also showed me the pics were on the USB when they transferred them. I think you are out of luck. Sorry, do you still have the pics?
