Reorganize the people in our cabins

We are five people going on a cruise with Symphony in October, we have a balcony cabin and an interior cabin with a virtual balcony. Initially, two adults were thought to be in the interior cabin and one adult and two young people in the balcony cabin. But now we want to change this so that we girls take the inside cabin and the boys take the balcony cabin. Is this something we can organize when we get on board, or does this have to be organized with rccl before the cruise starts? The reservations are linked and we know that we can get an extra keycard in the guest service so we can use both cabins without having to borrow cards. But we are unsure how to do it with the names?

Do it at Guest Services onboard with the extra keys.

If there are 3 people for the interior cabin and it only holds 2 this will not work.

I forgot to write that we are thinking two girls in the inside cabin and two adults and a young boy in the balcony;-)

As it looks like the original number of people in a cabin will remain the same there should be no problems.

Just go to guest services as you board and they will issue new Seapass cards for all concerned. Quick and easy.
