Judyrem Posted September 10, 2019 #1 Share Posted September 10, 2019 (edited) I have a "Chops plus one" and a voucher from my TA for a specialty dinner for two for our Allure Sept 22 cruise. I have a Chops for Monday at 8, and need to change it to sometime earlier. The online system and customer service reps could not help at all. I looked through restaurant reservations and they all require a fee. I was on Allure three weeks ago and went to the specialty dining rooms to change some times and had some some major "discussions" with staff" which left me quite rattled. I am wondering if I should just cancel the Chops plus one and just try to use my TA voucher. I wonder if RCL even considers the amount of people wanting to dine elsewhere? I wonder why they sell packages and have no space for the purchaser? Any ideas? BTW, I emailed Royal to explain the situation. Clarea Posted September 10, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 10, 2019 Whenever you purchase a dining package, you must make/change reservations onboard. Dining packages are meant to fill in slots left open by those who pay full price. If you need to make reservations pre-cruise, then don't buy a dining package, and pay full price for each restaurant.
