coffee maker in JR suite

how much does it cost to use if free what kind of coffee pads, kcup is it like to bring some myself.

Free, not K-cup.  They provide the combo filter/coffee packets.  

 

Usually messy because the packets they provide don't fit well.  Easier, much less messy, and better coffee to use the free room service in the morning.

Here is pic of the set up. This was a J4 on the Navigator. A single cup coffee maker and a kettle.

Were those packets of instant coffee?  No brewing packets?

OK, that's what we've seen before.  The stateroom attendants hate those things and just love it when we tell them we don't use the coffee pot.

Not the best, but we've utilized the coffee maker from time to time. Get yourself a small container of milk to place in the fridge; much more palatable than the mystery "creamers" provided.

When you use those too big packets in the one cup coffee maker, you get half the coffee in the cup and the other half all over the counter.

I just want to mention, that I did use the coffee maker twice. I would put cold water in the coffee mug from the bathroom. Filled the water reservoir in the coffee maker. Put the little pouch/pod in the tray and then slide the tray into it's slot in the machine. I had no problems with the coffee pouch/pod being too big. Touch the brew button and within three minutes ==> coffee. Nothing spilled. It wasn't the best coffee I've ever tasted...not the worst.

They must’ve changed coffee makers. The ones I’ve had, you just had to cram the packet in the top. No tray.

thanks I have few of those left, bring my own creamer.......just nice to have that cup of coffee when one wakes up w/o having to go get it.

oh still free ok, heard there was a fee.
