Came across this next door to a new restaurant I was trying. Wonder what they actually do here? They get an A rating!

Might want to think about that some more.  Imagine what it would be like to spend your day tasting through all the stuff that doesn't make the cut! 😣

 

Roger Ebert spoke often about the fact that people were always telling him that he had a dream job. And then he would remind them that for every three movies he (and Gene Siskell) reviewed in their show each week, they had to sit through 15 more movies that were impenetrably bad.  So much so that they didn't even make the cut for a "thumbs down" segment of the show.   And they had to sit through to the end of every one of them.

At least they received an "A" from the health inspection.
