How to reserve private dining room in Manfredis?

Hi there - we had the private dining room in Manfredis last cruise and we didn’t even request it. I was wondering how to request in advance? Anyone know.

I had emailed Viking that question ahead of our cruise this past June, and the response was that I would have to request it onboard.

Our travel agent usually arranges it for us. I did, however, book it onboard the first day of our last cruise. I went to the reservations desk at the entrance to the World Cafe and the person called Manfredi’s to make the reservation.

To the best of my knowledge, you have to do it onboard. For our first transatlantic, my TA tried, I tried calling and I think I also tried through “TellUs” and was told to do it onboard. 

 

The first day, I was able to book it for the night our CruiseCritic group wanted and we had a great time!
