Hand sanitizers still in use? "Corporate" has decided to eliminate them??

It would be very foolish to get rid of them because although hand washing is superior, many people don’t take the time to use the sinks in the buffet. I’d rather have a fellow pax use hand sanitizer than use nothing before grabbing the serving utensils!

The article says “not as effective,” not “largely ineffective.”  Hand sanitizer helps kill Norovirus, but nothing is fail proof.
